Time to move on....
There were many positive things that could be said about Intercounty previously but over the course of the last 12/18 months the service provided to landlords has fallen off a cliff. Multiple call and emails needed to actually get anything done, errors in payments and, oh when they decided to close an office and sell the rental book to another firm, informed me at 8.55am on the day the transfer took place. Very very poor considering the fees they levy and the image to portray.
