Great bike poor courier
Great bike (Emu crossbar), good price, feels robust, performs well and good person to person customer service. But star dropped for courier. Bike arrived in water damaged cardboard carton so components including battery were loose on floor of delivery van. Once assembled there was no damage to bike itself. Wish it had a bell.
