there was an error with my booking with hotels-scanner.com. I contacted customer service not really expecting much as I’ve had negative experience with such website before. To my surprise I’ve had a reply within 30 minutes with a number of solutions and suggestions to solve my issue. The correspondence was consistent throughout two days whilst I was figuring out the best option for myself.
