They charged me twice on my Mastercard
My overall experience with this company could have been 4 stars even 5 if I hadn’t had to wait over 2 hours to get the car. However, I’m forced to give just 1 star because I was charged twice on my Mastercard, effectively paying double the amount I should have. I contacted the company by email and provided all the necessary documentation, including pictures and proof of the double charge. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. That level of customer service is simply not acceptable or professional. I genuinely hope someone from the company will see this message and get in touch with me through this website to resolve the issue.
