Zoe in metrocentre, red mall, gateshead is an absolute breath of fresh air. Always greets every customer with a ‘good morning’ smile on her face and leaves every customer with ‘hope you have a lovely day!’ She is honestly so so lovely, puts a smile on my face every time she is in for my morning coffee before work x
