I have an appartment in their Maritim…

I have an appartment in their Maritim Tenerife Hotel. They fully own and control the management company Bau and Wohnen. They do not have annual elections, the fail to provide any detailed accounts of the service charges. Their service costs are high and with no provided transparency it is difficult to have any trust in them. My personal believe is they should be avoided and I rue the day I ever commenced dealing with the Maritim Group.
