Lina to the rescue!
When I had my issue with with my service charge, I was initially dreading calling Crabtree as the reviews are not the best. At first my fears were confirmed, I was passed from department to department and delayed by numerous '5 working days' email responses for all together around 2 weeks. It wasnt until I spoke with Lina, that my issue was resolved within 3 minutes. CRABTREE give her a raise! 5 Stars for LINA ! !!
