Robert Buchwald has been very helpful, responsive, professional and answers all of my questions. At first the process with GL was frustrating because the customer service representative would not or could not answer my questions; i tried sending inquiries by phone and email. Eventually, Robert was in touch with me and he has been communicating with me by email and phone; which significantly improve my experience.
