Consistent and Concise
The conveyancer that I was appointed was very astute, and the process was handled swiftly and professionally. Second time using JS Law, I returned to them because the conveyancer was very professional and timely, but also that the online portal JS Law use is very user friendly and acts as a visual aid to a process I know very little of. This second time round has been just as great! My only criticism would be speaking with a member of the team who is delegated to keeping the cases moving in the periods of annual leave, this proved very difficult which was a little frustrating, but equally that could be that I was keen and wanted to ensure things were pushing through as quickly as possible. Couldn't have asked for a better service, I would promote and suggest to friends and family.
