A wonderful customer experience!
I got stuck on a page on the website, contacted botchat and quickly got through to Sabrina who realised I was getting frustrated with the webchat and asked if I'd like her to call me. Definitely! She patiently explained what I needed to do, waited while I did it and was happy to answer the many questions I had. Sabrina offered to add me to the priority services register as well. I had assumed that registration would transfer with my account from British Gas. Sabrina is a very helpful, thoughtful adviser and it was a real treat to talk to a person without having to wait a long time listening to musak while I moved up the queue. A wonderful customer experience!
