This place is a SCAM stay away!
I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after my experience with Restaurant Supply. We recently received a severely damaged ice maker and reached out to them to get a replacement. The ice maker was $3,000, so you would expect a quality item. NOPE! After speaking with a customer representative, it was clear that they were not going to take any responsibility for the damaged product. Since the item was not inspected upon arrival and refused, they are not liable is their policy. They now want me to file a claim with FedEx even though it's very obvious that the item was packed damaged since the box is in pristine condition. This place is a HUGE SCAM, selling damaged products at a premium price, I'm not sure how this place is still operating.
