Beware
Beware! I rented a car at Malpensa that broke down (it refused to start) in Cervino in 2019. There was no procedure to help with a transfer to get me to my flight on time, I had to pay for my transfer myself and has NOT been reimbursed despite enquiries to SIXT and that they told me that I would. In addition, SIXT are now claiming 2 years after the incident that I should pay them for "extra damage" that they discovered on the car. Nothing happened to the car except that it broke down. Watch out for this scam of a business that in the end delivered a car that did not work, did not reimburse me for the fact that it didn't or for extra cost related to the fact that the car did not work and now are trying to upcharge me for damages that don't exist!
