Awful, scary experience
Awful and scary experience with this company. Completely incompetent. They didn't turn up for annual gas/elec check three times in a row without any explanation or call. When they finally did attend they marked the boiler as immediate danger and I overheard someone in the office telling the engineer over the phone to "leg it". Boiler replacement was a similar fiasco including admissions that the engineers hadn't even looked at the boiler properly. Very rude, very incompetent, very big time wasters. Avoid like the plague. Unfortunately for me I had no choice in the matter as my landlord chose them.
