Disgraceful
They sent me a used and faulty knee brace. I notified them immediately. I returned it to them, although not within the refund period given personal issues that made it very difficult. Now they refuse to refund me and are holding the item hostage and won't return it unless i pay an additional amount for the postage paid to return the item and to have it returned to me. Disgraceful. The brace has been poorly stiched on one side and is not the same as the other side, so on this side it digs into your skin as a result. Nonetheless, the brace had been used and smelt. It also arrived with the external and internal packaging open. This company also seems to deny the truth.
