I found the phone support prior to my order to be very helpful in organising what could have been a difficult delivery. I also found the delivery driver to be very professional and understanding. When he couldn't gain access to the site because of narrow roads, badly parked cars and bollards, he was happy to drive around the block to find our other entrance. This was also tricky but he stayed calm throughout and handled it with ease.
