Fantastic customer service

When my battery failed towards the end of the one year warranty period, I contacted customer service who were extremely fast and responsive and offered me a no quibble replacement which was sent out the same day. If only all customer service was this good!

Good price and communication

Good price and communication. Hiwan and Sophie were both really responsive by email - always had a same day reply. Would definitely recommend.
