My experience with Carda has been…
My experience with Carda has been nothing but positive. After a week in the hospital with heart and lung issues, I was sent home and needed home healthcare. I was very weak and having difficulty breathing. I knew I needed to get back to exercising. During my research I came across the Carda program. After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. From my first contact with the company, I was impressed with the professionalism. Plus, they provide all of the equipment to make it hassle free. Sam was my EP for the first part of the program. She was excellent. Sam was positive and very encouraging. I looked forward to “seeing” her for my 7am workouts. I completed the program and have continued with the maintenance program. Jonathan is my EP for the maintenance program and he is equally as supportive as Sam. I appreciate both of them and how they have, and continue to support me. I feel better and have seen a lot of improvement. We live in a raised beach house and I was having difficulty going up and down the stairs. Now I’m up and down at least four times a day with getting dogs in and out. I like the convenience of doing this program at home. I have, and will continue to recommend this program to others.
