My first CRE Fundamentals lesson with Cedric Bobo was outstanding. Cedric is an exceptional instructor engaging, thoughtful, and always attentive to everyone’s perspective. From the very beginning, he created a welcoming and motivating environment that made the session both enjoyable and highly informative. The content was extremely useful, providing a clear and solid foundation in market analysis, asset valuation, and deal financing. Even in just one class, I felt like I learned a tremendous amount. The Project Destined community is also incredibly supportive and full of talented, ambitious individuals, which made the experience even more inspiring.
