All the team have been amazing
All the team have been amazing, from our first meeting with them, through installation, and most recently Jade has been incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. We needed the unit taking out whilst we had some building work done, I had mentioned it to them before, but totally forgot to book it in. Jade was incredible and spoke to Andrew who came out that day for us, as he had a bit of spare time towards the end of his day. Was 100% my issue, but they helped out and went above and beyond. If you are looking for a decent water softener which actually works, and the team and excellent customer experience to back it up, then Sarah and the whole team are for you!
