Lots of misinformation and lack of clarity
Never using them again. We were sent an email with information on where to return the car at Modlin Airport warsaw, on the map it was clearly displayed to return the car to P3 parking. Upon arrival we were unable to find panek spots, nor could we find the panek office in the terminal, as the map showed. We called the helpline, where a lady told us that there is an office in the terminal and to just leave the car in the P3 parking. After ringing the info line again, a man answered to tell us an hour before our flight that we were supposed to park at the orange car park. We were never told this, neither in person or in any of the emails we received. To make things worse, we have not gotten our deposit back, and damage was reported on the car that we were not responsible for. I will not be using their services again.
