Gosh where to start...
Gosh where to start... Issues with them retrieving the mortgage redemption statement. They kept requesting from the bank, the bank sent, they failed to notice they had sent it. Whenever you call you get put on a 24 hour call back because there getting to many calls. No checks done on the property after having the case for two months, All in all, very slow progress, lack of communication, poor customer services and ultimately it cost me thousands due to falling onto my variable rate. Plus then having to pay them a fee for the work completed.
