Garantie mit fadenscheinigen Gründen abgelehnt

Reklamation per Mail wurde innerhalb der Frist beantwortet. Trotz bestehender Garantie (Kauf vor 18 Monaten) wurde die Beanstandung nicht angenommen. Die Garantiebedingungen sind so formuliert, dass eine Reklamation bzw. Gewährleistungsanspruch immer abgelehnt werden kann. Schalten jetzt einen Anwalt ein.
