Quick delivery and amazing customer pleasing service!
I ordered a pair of shoes I saw on Pintrest after reading the reviews of this company. To my surprise they arrived rather quickly and was amazed at how beautiful the heels were. Unfortunately my bunions made them too uncomfortable so I asked to exchange them for a size up. They immediately replied and asked me to take pics and a video of me wearing them highlighting the problem area. I even outlined my foot and took measurements per their request. They informed me that the length was good but only the width of the forefoot was the problem. They told me they would make me a custom pair and to keep the original pair. I just received a tracking number showing it's on its way. Because of their prompt delivery, responses and desire to resolve the issue I highly recommend them. Original order date was March 8, 2025. I just received tracking for replacement pair April 12, 2025. I am a real customer residing in Corpus Christi TX.
