THEY WON'T LET YOU CANCEL AUTO RENEW
I received an e-mail about my auto renew coming up, so I chatted with a chat agent who assured me that the auto renew would be cancelled. Low and behold, at the end of the month, I received a receipt saying I was billed for my auto renew. I tried to chat with 4 different chat agents and even called, and they all stated someone would be reaching out to me and nobody ever did. I even checked my spam folder. They ask for so many complex pieces of information in order to cancel the auto renew. I was even given step by step instructions on how to cancel, and followed each of them to a T and none of them allowed me to cancel my subscription. BE WARE! Never again! Reply: Obviously my review was not read. By the end of the experience I had reached out to you all 10 times to get this cancelled. And I did try to cancel before the auto renew, as is stated by your response, and spoke with one of your agents and again nothing was done.
