Shambles
The luggage situation on embarkmemt and disembarkment at Southampton was a shambles.The ports were very industrial which means more money on shuttle buses Lack of staff for 6300 passengers with only 1800 staff was really very poor and noticeable waiting 30 mins for a drink and resulting in getting a cold coffee.Lack of information regarding dining options and port information, not everyone is OK with technology.And unfortunately some staff have a real bad attitude. On the plus side the ship is beautiful,and kept beautifully clean.Food market on 15 was brillant.Our cabin Stewart and Dining room waiters were great.
