Wish There Was A Lower Star I Could Give
I was so excited when I ordered a DMB jacket for my brother for christmas off of this website. Then two hours later I recieved an email from them saying they were "unable to complete the processing of my order". Well they were able to take the $88 out of my account. So I called customer service and after being on hold for 15 minutes I asked why they were able to take money out of my account if they weren't even able to process my order. She kept saying that the purchase is pending...well no it's not pending it's cancelled, so give me my money back. They said I should recieve my money in 2-3 business days. Fingers crossed. Wish I would have looked at reviews before I ordered from them.
