So many good things! Prompt communication when I had questions whether by phone, “chat” or through the lead teacher. Time line with deadlines for completing tasks. Easy website/app to navigate. Easy to understand and manage payment system. Courteous contact people. Clear itinerary. Wonderful accommodations during the trip. Excellent guide. All of these things and more gave me, as a parent of a traveler, peace of mind. Great program!
