I went back to school after 20+ years away. A lot has changed and I was worried if I could handle it. My academic advisor has been amazing every step of the way. The lady in financial aid has been a star, helping me make sense of my loans. The career center has helped me to pinpoint which career I am best suited for, and going back to my advisor, I have been able to really set myself up well in my career change. The classes have been pretty straightforward. You know what you need to do and when it is due. The tutor service has helped quite a bit at times....other times, not as much. I have loved most of my professors. They are professional and helpful and some are truly wonderful. I had so many concerns about going back to school. Some of these classes have been very challenging, but I have learned so much from all of them. I have managed to keep a 4.0 GPA and graduate with both my Associates and my Bachelors with honors. I am pursuing my masters next, which is something I would never have dreamed of. They have been great and supportive every step of the way. I wish I would have done this sooner.
