Delivery is terrible
Delivery is terrible I really wish I could give the box 5 stars. The ingredients are wonderful, the recipes are fantastic (I choose from the Keto options) Customer service is great. But delivery is horrible. The past 2 boxes half of the food was not good. Why? First it’s 2 day delivery on a hot truck, second FedEx NEVER puts the box in the industrial fridge that’s in the mailroom (I live in a condo) I NEVER get a notification when it is delivered so it sits for 3 days in heat. Yes there are ice packs in the box but it’s been so hot here that it doesn’t save the food. This has been happening for MONTHS. I know it’s Fedex and not Green Chef but you would think Green Chef would address this with FedEx. One suggestion is overnight the food and put some big bright label that it’s RAW food and needs to be refrigerated. This would be PERFECT if the delivery issues would get resolved.
