Old school customer skills, depth of knowledge and a genuine passion for their subject is reassuringly alive and well with the chaps at Mainspring. Initial phone and Email communications were always polite and patient and then at their office there was no hard sell, just well balanced and relevant information on the watches of interest to help me make my own decision.
