Decent but weekend support response is slow
Had a pickup code that wasn't accepted at a restaurant on a Sunday evening. Took about 25 minutes to get a response from support while the merchant and I both stood there awkwardly. Turned out to be a merchant-side entry error, not a platform bug. The issue got resolved but the wait was frustrating during a busy dinner rush. Weekday support has been much faster in my experience.
