Despite the negatives you can't fault the carrier. Online check in was an absolute nightmare and had to call their customer services, who after trying to fix the issue I had. They gave me free check in at the airport. Only 2 people to start with checking in the long line of people bag dropping and checking in. Did get 3 in the end but even though we got to the airport 3.5 hrs early we only had an hour the other side to get breakfast. Boarding was prompt and very efficient. You can't blame the airline when people have 1 brain cell and hold the line up. Little tip if yo wanna sit next to your love ones book a seat.. Cabin crew were superb and had no issues with them, cabin announcements were few and far between and i do think you need to turn the vikume up as I couldn't hear a thing that was said. Turkish, German then English announcements again not a issue just wish I could hear it. Funny watching everyone scramble off the plane at the end at antalya airport to get in a bus and then wait for me who was last off the plane before the buses left. Fingers are crossed we have no issues checking in for our return flight. But yeah top company.
