I rarely provide feedback on social media, however, my recent experience dealing with Lilia Ghenim- Senior Lettings Manager, The Acorn Group covering Brockley/ Catford & Lewisham, I felt I had too. My property is located quite a distance from my home, so I've had to work very closely with Lilia throughout the Lettings process of finding me suitable tenants for my property. Lilia has a wonderful attitude, she was friendly but very professional. I found Lilia very approachable, she conveyed information to me in a clear, concise and efficient way. Lilia did whatever she could to support me and arranged some tasks which she took personal responsibility for which meant I could avoid the long drive to the property. When Lilia agreed to do something, she never let me down and always delivered on time. Lilia is definitely an asset to The Acorn Group. Lilia knows what is and how to deliver a great customer experience. Keep it up Lilia and keep on smiling! It takes a person like Lilia to positively improve the reputation people may have of Letting Agents.
