A complete scam!!
A complete scam!!! Stay away from this company. I used their services less than a month before I started seeing a negative impact from Instagram, I believe they shadow banned me for using an outside growth service. I was on UpGrow's plan that charges $99 a month. I sent my cancellation notice on 4/2 and they still took out a charge on 4/17 for $299!! They claim all you need to do to cancel is go to the dashboard, no where on the dashboard can you cancel your subscription and when you try to use their "customer support" no one responds, it's just a bot. Learn from my mistake....DO NOT USE UPGROW.COM
