Old car that broke down immediately
Our car broke down shortly after we received it at Gold Coast airport. It was a highly used car with +200k km which should not have been rented in the first place. It took us multiple phone calls to speak to someone who could help us with organising a replacement car. The call-backs that were promised by the agents never happened so we had to spend an entire day chasing customer service to finally come and bring our replacement car a day later. We asked for a full refund of our trip which was denied by Jucy and we only got a refund for the day we couldn't use the car although it significantly impacted our holidays and kept us busy for a full day on the phone trying to organise for the replacement car. Do not recommend.
