Paid $300 more than the contract had stated
It was very expensive, and things weren’t communicated to the driver. He rushed us to get the car to him when we clearly communicated to Googa (via adam) that we needed the car for that morning. We also told them we’d go with Googa if they let us put stuff in our van, and not get changed for it. Well, Googa found a dispatcher who then communicated with the driver who got none of that information. We paid $300 extra for the stuff in the van and were stressed about the earlier pick up. Not a great experience. We had it in the contract and still needed to pay $300 extra upon arrival of our van. Our first driver they found was very chill and kind and there weren’t any problems. That’s why they’re getting 3 starts because it was good the first time.
