Don't order from them, horrible customer service
I ordered 5/24/2023. Still do not have my order. I've contacted customer service 9 times to resolve issue. Customer service rep Anita is by far the most rude, and unhelpful, unprofessional customer service rep I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time, followed by Kathleen, and Ashley. I have all the names, dates and times of each time I've called. With no one really willing to help, and next time I call, saying something different, or the person before didn't say that. It's been a horrible experience, they aren't willing to do anything or provide a refund until my order has not moved in 3p days. It has NOT moved since 5/30, so 14 days to go, 16 more to wait! Absolutely ridiculous. Called twice to speak to a supervisor on 6/12 after being advised to do so the day prior during the hrs of 9am to 4pm to only be told, I can't or one is not available, "they've already escalated it, what more do I want them to do?"-Anita.
