Lindsey is very professional in what she does and listens well to our concerns. We have recently had problems with the sewerage system - Lindsey has organised the Council to come and look at it and assess the situation in a timely manner. She has advised us that the Council are in contact with her to let her know when the job will be done and completed. This job has been ongoing causing a blocked drain and toilet. Lindsey has been great in getting this problem resolved. Lindsey has kept us fully informed of what is happening.
