Exceptional customer service and delicious teas! I accidentally ordered two of the same subscription box. The company took the initiative to email me and confirm if I really meant to order 2 subscriptions. They made the correction instantly and were very friendly and courteous. And, I have yet to be sent a tea I didn't like. They provide such an amazing variety of top quality teas.
