1st Rate Customer Service
We were looking to change broadband providers and considered Rebel. We had a few questions about service, Wi-Fi extenders, Superpods, mesh systems etc and also wanted clarity on the contract deals Rebel were offering. Their customer service response were absolutely 1st Rate. I must have sent 4-5 emails with varying queries and every one was answered quickly and thoroughly. Our current provider then offered us a deal to stay so we didn’t move to Rebel. I base my review on the fact that we weren’t even a customer of Rebel yet we still received quality responses - for me this is a good indicator of how good their customer service is!
