Very incompetent
Very incompetent. The clerk asked me 15 times for my address and never got it right. I waited an hour for the EMT service and fortunately a neighbor came and called 911 for me. They arrived in 5 minutes. I could have died if I had suffered a heart attack. Needless to say, I'm no longer a customer of this company.
