Buyer Beware
Spoke to a representative today about my tickets for tomorrow. After calling and verifying that we had reserved a bassinet for our infant at least 3 times, I was informed by the representative and their manager that while the bassinet was provided at no cost, I would have to pay for the seat upgrade to use it. This is after 5 months of purchasing the ticket. I've also been told by this airline that their management refuses to speak to me by any other means but email and have been provided vouchers but not allowed to use them on this flight and they expire a year after my tickets were purchased. Extremely poor customer service experience
