A bad memory
I am sorry to give one start review. I was in London and stayed at Clayton hotel Chiswick for 3 nights. The room was very cold from the knees down. My daughter 9 months old stayed with me. She had a baby bed provided from the hotel. No blankets or duvet. She had to sleep with her outside suit to keep warm in the night. If that is the way you want to treat infants please note it so people with infants can go somewhere else. I talked to the staff and the manager of the evening was rude and tried to get me to slip and say something wrong and be satisfied with nothing. He did not listen and was really not bothered. I wrote a formal complaint 17th of January 2024 but received no answer. I followed up on the complaint 2 times, once by phone and once by email. And I have still not received an answer. This is reason for my review. Mistakes can happen, but I find it unacceptable that no one cares to answer a formal complaint AND follow ups. I can not recommend Clayton hotel Chiswick.
