10 Jahre Kunde = erbärmliche Behandlung von Bestandskunden. Miserable Konditionen bei Vertragsverlängerung. Nach der Kündigung penetrante Versuche mir dann doch plötzlich passende Konditionen zu bieten... NIE WIEDER! Wir hatten 3 Verträge (2x Handy +DSL/Tel) alles von dort weg. NIE WIEDER!
