The new medallian app is a joke
The new medallian app is a joke. it is almost impossible to use. So many different excuses when asked how to navigate it. Food was mediocre. Shows not entertaining and the cabins that we were in (balconies) were in need of repair. Even though we made sure we had taken care of all charges the day we left the ship, we had charges added later and no one can tell us what they are for. They put us on hold and never come back to the call. I mean, NEVER. Such a shame the way Princess is treating their good customers.
