I recently bought a Ice tea jar
I recently bought a Ice tea jar, got it home and filled it and left it in the sun. When I picked it up it had leaked. I took it back to the store (at the Arizona Pavillions) with the receipt. The cashier had to get her manager, the manager then left me standing in line for about 10 minutes while she checked the shelves for another jar to compair I guess? She finally came back and said accusingly "are you sure you purchased it here"? The receipt was in her hand! I said yes of course I bought it there, why? She said there is no others on the shelf and it has a stain on the inside around the spicket. Well of course it does I made sun tea in it. Isn't that what its for? She could tell I was getting upset at her, she gave me my credit, but wasn't happy about it. As much as I love the store, because of all the products, I will not be going back. All because of the way that so called manager talked to me. I wish I had asked for her name.
