Package never showing up
First time buying on this website. After 72h not receiving my parcel and the delivery company saying twice that they could not drop the package because the delivery place was closed while in opening hours(which wasn't true, as a matter of fact I was standing inside the shop one of the times), I contacted promopharma. The first answer was to sit tight and keep checking all updates from the delivery company. After showing my discontent they offered me 500 points which of course force you to buy on their website (not going to happen). After a week after the supposed delivery date and still hadn't received my package I requested them to get it delivered already or refund me, they told me they'd refund me, and I'm still waiting for the refund. Overall poor experience. Unreliable service, unreliable customer support, paid for something and no solution offered in a full week. Don't recommend it and won't be buying again.
