Since I live in Austin TX, the transaction of purchasing the Plymouth property in which my 70 yr old brother with throat cancer was living/renting, turned out to be a lengthy15 month process!! I started working with Georgie Blackford in early February 2024 so to get this over the line demanded much patience, good communication & a great attitude - fortunately Georgie & I had plenty of all three so it was a real celebration when the completion took place this past Wednesday!! I can't say enough about Georgie as she had to deal with not just me but my brother, my elderly mother & a very irritating letting agent in the process but she came through with flying colours. I've not met Georgie in person but next time I'm in England, hopefully this autumn, I plan to swing by the office to do so & express my thanks personally. I wish Georgie the very best in her career with Talbots.
