Waited over 2 months for my sofas
I Waited over 2 months for my sofas to arrive. I Was initially told it'd be 10 days wait time then after this had passed I was told at the start of each week that they'd arrive by the end of the week. I was then told at the end of each week that it'd be the start of the following week. I was given constant excuses by their team that didn't make any sense including them saying the delivery wasn't scheduled because I didn't email them back (I was told not to email until the end of the week), that we hadn't paid a delivery charge (I had), they hadn't heard back from accounts about if we'd paid delivery (they emailed me saying they had), they couldn't get in touch with the delivery team and that the delivery team was refusing to schedule the delivery. I was stuck in this loop with their below par customer service team until I reached out to the delivery company directly and got it sorted and delivered within a week.
