My journey with carda health has been a lifesaver for me. I was just sitting around ,smoking like a chimney and feeling sorry for myself for having COPD! I heard about carda health thru people like me with AFib and COPD with high BP. I really tried hard to get on the program, I even changed my insurance just to join. They are by far the best people to watch over you. There so Nice and they monitor you so carefully. If they notice the least little thing that changes on there monitor,they will immediately call and let you know to be careful. There like Angels watching over you. Jordon my CEP and the person who monitors my exercise 3 times a week, is by far the most flexible and caring person I've had the pleasure of working with. The second week in I decided to quit smoking and Jordon gave me great encouragement. Never nagging and always praising me. As of Jan. 24, I will be 4 months smoke free. Was hard, but Jordon kept me going, giving me hope. He was always so flexible with my exercises. He is a true hero. For the whole staff at carda health, I am eternally grateful for the hope and care you have giving me. I hope this will help someone who needs the chance to have a better life who suffers with their health. Many thanks!!!
